01 / OVERVIEW

What is ORACLE?

ORACLE (Observation and Reconnaissance Autonomous Camera and Listening Equipment) provides mobile elevated surveillance capabilities for tactical operations. The system deploys a 30-foot pneumatic mast carrying a multi-sensor payload including PTZ optical cameras, thermal imaging, and radio direction finding equipment.

Unlike fixed infrastructure requiring professional installation, ORACLE can be deployed by a two-person team in under 30 minutes. The solar panel array and battery bank provide 72+ hours of autonomous operation. All sensor feeds integrate with TAK servers for real-time distribution to WARLOCK-equipped personnel and command stations. The system is ideal for establishing overwatch positions, area monitoring, and providing persistent surveillance without requiring dedicated operator presence.

Deployment Scenarios

01
Perimeter Security
Establish elevated observation points for event security, base camps, or temporary installations. Provides 360-degree coverage with thermal and optical sensors for day/night monitoring.
02
Search and Rescue
Deploy overwatch positions during wilderness search operations. Thermal imaging identifies heat signatures while optical cameras provide visual confirmation and coordination support.
03
Training Environments
Monitor training exercises and provide real-time tactical picture to instructors. Record operations for after-action review and performance analysis.
04
Remote Monitoring
Establish semi-permanent observation posts in remote locations. Solar power enables extended autonomous operation without logistical support or operator presence.

Key Features:

  • Rapid deployment (under 30 minutes)
  • Multi-sensor fusion (optical + thermal + RF)
  • Autonomous solar-powered operation
  • PTZ cameras with 30x optical zoom
  • Thermal imaging for day/night capability
  • TAK server integration for feed distribution
  • Remote control via SHARD mesh network
  • Portable design (fits in vehicle)
